Stays for the Curious | The BoTree | Hotel

The brief Create a social-first brand campaign that brings the DNA of The BoTree brand to life with clever storytelling that is far removed from a traditional take on hotel marketing. Think less keycards, bathrobes and breakfast in bed, more intriguing narratives, high fashion styling and new perspectives.

The delivery A high-production fashion editorial shoot where the hotel message was secondary yet impactful. Showing the many facets of the hotel through the lens of a creative to generate social content that stood out and didn’t feel immediately commercial. Working closely with both photo and video teams, I wanted to make sure each shot captured a moment in time with playful elements of the surreal and unexpected.

The results The metrics on social speak for themselves, over 50k views on video content across Instagram and TikTok, raising the bar with an Engagement Rate of 3.4%. The content was primarily created for social but following an overwhelmingly positive response across business stakeholders the content was utilised across multiple touch points including web, print, brochures and in-room TV screens.
